What's your preferred treatment method?

I check my blood pressure every week. I check my sugar level every two weeks. That costs money to buy those strips but I got to do it. I go for full body checkup once every year. And I am not the pills kind of person. I prefer injections.

How do you approach making difficult decisions when there's no clear right answer?

One thing that I do with tough decisions is that I don't rush into making those decisions. I actually allow a day or two to pass before I make the final push to make that decision. I always consider every option, study them carefully and see the prospect that works best for me to make the decision.

Do you smoke?

I don't smoke and I can't have a friend that smokes. I personally see smoking as a vice. Why? The people that are smoking around my city always look unkempt and are generally disorganized. A smoker can't come around me unless I don't know the person smokes.

What’s your favorite fruit?

Banana is my favorite fruit. I don't think I would be able to see a nicely ripe banana on a shop shelve and I won't buy some from myself. My love for bananas dates back to since when I was a child.

What's the Best way to spend a Sunday afternoon?

What other way to spend a Sunday tham to sleep and relax? Sunday is the only day that I can afford a siesta in the week. After church service, I take about three hours to have siesta. I wake up and cook some comfort meals for myself and play video games. Some Sundays, I go for outing with friends.

Do you make use of public transport?

I don't have a car at this point in my life. And I have no other option than to use public transportation everyday to get to work and church. My parents own cars and I drive them when I am at the family house. But since I am not staying with them as my base, I don't get to drive every time.

How many glasses of water do you take daily?

I am really someone that is very conscious about drinking water. I try to make sure that I drink 5 glasses of water in the rainy seasons and double of that in the dry season. I drink water every two hours in the dry season and every three hours in the rainy season. And that is even if am not thirsty.
