Drinking water is vital for overall health. This is why it is advisable to take enough water daily. At least 8 glasses of water it helps regulate body temperature, lubricate joints and transport nutrients.

To be honest, i don't actually take counts, but am pretty sure i don't drink enough water. Then there are some days i tend to drink more.

I try to drink 2 liters of water but it's impossible, so I have to drink approximately 5 glasses of water per day

I am really someone that is very conscious about drinking water. I try to make sure that I drink 5 glasses of water in the rainy seasons and double of that in the dry season. I drink water every two hours in the dry season and every three hours in the rainy season. And that is even if am not thirsty.
