I will make a to do list for the next day before going to bed. This keeps me streamlined and focused. Else I feel like a headless chicken. I might not finish everything on the list and there is always a scope for flexibility as life is unpredictable. And I enjoy going with the flow. Having a to do list gives me some clarity. And ticking off even the smallest job on the list is a big mood booster and is motivating to keep going. How about you? Do you make to do list? Is it helpful?

I never used to make a to-do list for each day, but I have not gotten into the habit of doing so, and I find that I get more done that way. Before, I was jumping from one task to another, getting myself stressed and then just giving up.

Sometimes I try to, but I won’t lie, I hardly follow it because of other responsibilities. I’ll write down plenty of tasks feeling motivated, then by afternoon I’ve already skipped half of it. But when I’m serious with it, it helps me stay organized, especially with work stuff.
