What's one healthy habit you keep trying to start but can never seem to stick with long-term? I'm talking about those things where you are super motivated for like a week or two and then life gets busy or you lose interest and it just falls apart. Is it drinking more water, exercising regularly, meal prepping, getting enough sleep, or maybe meditating? What always ends up derailing you.. lack of time, forgetting about it or just losing motivation?
