In this digital era flooded with social media platforms, awareness about health has increased. There are so many people who have become influencers and keep coming up with videos and reels to give us health and diet tips. And somehow, many go on demonizing the carbohydrates. Low carb diet is the trend. I am a diabetic but I don't cut carbohydrates. I know that my body needs them. I believe in moderation rather than totally cutting down any thing. I just try to make healthy choices of carbohydrates. I choose complex carbs over simple carbs.
What about you? How do you go about your carbohydrate intake?

I don't really watch out my carbohydrate intake as I eat a lot of rice. What I intentionally do is to ensure that I am so much active through exercise to burn all calories and prevent them from building up in my body. If you don't do rigorous exercises, try as much to avoid carbs.

@Kross. @Starmix. Both of you have a very wonderful strategy. Burn the extra calories by physical activities and doing something that you enjoy. That's what I too think is the best way. Though we need to be watchful about our food, doing it all the times can be stressful and even devoid us the pleasure to enjoy eating something that we all love. That would take away the joy. So, stay disciplined but let us have some fun and indulgence too. We can try to burn those extra calories.
