Write things down! I swear, once I started making small to-do lists, my life improved. I use my phone notes, it's nothing fancy but it works. I also try to do the most difficult tasks first thing in the morning before I get tired
. And if you need rest, make sure you do because burnout can hinder your productivity.

Alarms has always helped me stay ahead of time so basically I tend to achieve things faster because I approach work on time. It also reminds me to get things done do they'd be no lapses. I am more effective and productive because I am reminded of what to do and when to go about it.
