For me, it's my breakfast. I literally eat like a king in my breakfast. I do feel very hungry after a good morning work out and also because I have an early dinner and would be fasting for at least 13 hours overnight. I need a filling, yummy and protein rich nutritious loaded breakfast. It's the most important meal for me and I try not to skip it. My breakfast sets the energy and mood for my day. How about you? Which meal is the heaviest and most important for you?
For me its dinner.
