Having a good night sleep is very important for someone's health benefits because if one isn't sleeping well, they risk having high blood pressure and so many other health complication.
I don't sleep much because I go to bed very late at night but I'm trying my best to work on it.

I usually go to bed around 11 PM. It feels like the right balance between finishing my day and getting enough rest for the next morning. I also like to get up before 6 in the morning so I go to bed at around 11.

I always try to go to sleep before midnight unless there's a new show on streaming. Shows release at 9pm my time on Netflix etc.
