How do you handle failure or setbacks when things don't go as planned?
Honestly I used to get really frustrated and sometimes even discouraged. But now I try to see setbacks as lessons rather than failures. I remind myself that everyone faces challenges and it's okay to stumble. How about you? Do you have a way of bouncing back quickly or turning setbacks into opportunities?

I try my best not to get upset and angry when this happens, but man it's really hard. I know I don't get as upset as I used to when I was younger, but I still have a long way to go when it comes to this. I often find myself giving up on things because of this too, so some of my projects end up on the backburner.

I try to view failure as a learning opportunity. Reflecting on what went wrong, adjusting my approach, and focusing on the next steps helps me move forward. Staying patient and persistent usually makes setbacks easier to handle.

I believe setbacks are lessons to be learnt. I learn a lot when it happens to people but when I'm faced with challenges, I usually get depressed. I get depressed that it happened after all the precautions and lessons I'd learnt from others but I always find a way to get out of it. I go on a tour, I hang out with friends, I relax and enjoy, these are good ways to escape depression.
