Diet plans are in trend from the last couple of decades. And we can not deny the fact that the social media platforms, food bloggers and nutrition experts are making a lot of buzz around different kinds of diets and diet plans. And they are influencing a lot of people. Are you on any of these diet plans? Was there any role of social media influence in getting you to the diet? Does it work for you?
I am not on a diet plan. I have been on diets in the past, some of which I did lose weight and quite a bit, and others that didn't really help at all.
I now tend to be cautious of what I eat and only eat until I am feeling satisfied and not overly full.
