Creating goals to achieve on your forum is a good way to keep yourself motivated. I tend to give myself small goals that I wish to achieve on my forums, and I find that helps me stay motivated, but also helps me sit and brainstorm more ideas to achieve more goals.
Do you create goals for your forums? If you do, do you always achieve the goals you set?

I set goals for what I plan to achieve on my forum. I divide them into short-term and long-term goals. The reason for always doing such is to ensure that I am not left out of the vision and aspirations that I've set up for the community. So, planning and working on how to get it done becomes part of my daily routine.

Yes, I always launch a forum with a clear purpose. I set both long-term and short-term goals to guide growth, engagement, and content strategy. Having defined objectives helps me stay focused and measure progress as the community develops.
