So let's be honest for a second if you could change just one thing about your daily routine to boost your health What would it be?

Maybe it's finally getting eight hours of sleep, ditching junk food or squeezing in some exercise? But here's what I really want to know.. why haven't you actually done it yet? Is it because you're too busy, lack the motivation or you keep telling yourself you'll start tomorrow? What's the real reason?

I would go for more walks each week. I barely do any exercise.

One thing I would like to leave is smoking. I know smoking kills but what to do when you're addicted to it and so is the case with me. Maybe from next year I will try hard to quit it for sure.

I would definitely like to improve my sleep, I tend to go to bed way too late on weeknights since I get caught up in things. I also should stop using my phone or any electronics 30 minutes before I go to bed, I heard this helps you sleep better.
