What's your biggest struggle when it comes to staying healthy?

For most people, it's probably finding the time to actually work out or cook healthy meals,right? Life gets so busy and it's way easier to grab fast food or skip the gym. Or maybe it's just staying motivated when you don't see results right away? What's the hardest part for you about keeping up with healthy routines?

Probably motivation and having the energy for it mostly. Like I want to do the stuff just often don't feel like it.

By not eating so much sugar, some days its really hard with constant stress.

I eat a lot of sugar too, but not because of stress. I just enjoy it too much :D

Ha, same honestly. I mean I'm sure stress sometime splays a role. Though I don't think I eat as much as I used to.

The fact that New Zealand is built on fast food. Almost every street has some sort of bakery, cafe, fast food place. It's really bad in the worst hit economic parts here.

Food.
I am epicurean b y nature and I want to try various kinds of food. Well, not all food is good for the body but I end up eating foods that might have detrimental affect on my body.
