I am also a book editor. A professor of a history subject visited me at the university where I work and invited me to edit his three books about the history of my country. He was the author of those three history books. So without further ado, I accepted his invitation. I finished editing the three books in 3 months. Those 3 books were published at The National Bookstore. I was paid handsomely, and those books are now used by the different schools in the Philippines. I received a royalty fee of 15 % for the overall sales of the books from school to school. I considered that royalty fee as my passive income.
