Recently I have been thinking about getting a pet rabbit. I know they are not the best beginner's pets to have, and they aren't as easy as people think they are to take care of. They need lots of room to roam, and you will need to keep your cords in a spot where they can't chew them because they will chew your cords. You should also have two rabbits, and they should be a bonded pair since rabbits can get depressed. Has anyone here ever had a pet rabbit and if so how long did your rabbit live for? Did you have any other pets with the rabbit?

We had a rabbit when I was younger. He lived for nearly two years.

After he died, I decided not to care for a rabbit again. It seems that their lifespan is indeed short.

I never pet a rabbit, though I love the cute guy. It seems it is a sensitive animal. It may require complete eyes 24/ 7, so I prefer to pet only a cat. I have a stingy pet cat named TikTok.
