There are so many animals being killed everyday on the road by reckless drivers. It breaks my heart when I see dead animals by the roadside because those animals deserve better from human beings.

Have you ever killed animals in a road accident?

Yes. I collided with a turkey on a rural road a few years back. Avoiding it was impossible at that time. It suddenly ran out. I felt awful, for days afterward. Now I’m more careful when driving early morning when animals are most active.

I once accidentally hit a cat on the road near my area. I didn’t see it until it was too late. I felt so bad, and that's why I'm always extra careful now, especially when driving at night.

Thankfully no, but I've had some close calls with squirrels running out and deer near wooded areas, but I've been lucky so far.
