How do your love for reading begin? What or who got you hooked on reading?

I got really hooked in grade school when I discovered the America Girl books.

I've always loved reading my whole life so I can't think of a specific time when it started. Even before I learned to read on my own, I enjoyed listening to someone else read to me.

My love for reading started when I was young. My dad used to bring home books, and I got hooked after discovering how stories could transport me into different worlds. Reading became a comfort and a way to learn, explore, and escape.
