How much time do you devote to reading? Do you think you spend too much time reading? Why or why not?

It varies all the time these days. Some days I barely read if at all while other times I can spend hours reading.

The time I spend on reading depends if it's my day off from work or not. If I have the day off then I can spend quite a bit of time reading. If I have to work, then usually I try to schedule some reading time at the end of the day before I go to bed.

I read about an hour a day on average. It feels like a healthy balance rather than too much. Reading helps me think clearly, learn new ideas, and disconnect from noise.
