Creating goals to achieve on your forum is a good way to keep yourself motivated. I tend to give myself small goals that I wish to achieve on my forums, and I find that helps me stay motivated, but also helps me sit and brainstorm more ideas to achieve more goals.

The reason for always doing such is to ensure that I am not left out of the vision and aspirations that I've set up for the community.
