There may be some factors that can affect one’s decision in this context. Sometimes when I stay late at work I have no choice but to order food. But when I am at home I prefer cooking to buying, and that is because I actually love cooking.

Which do you prefer?

Order because I can't cook!

Probably order out of laziness.

Depending on how I am feeling, I would much rather cook a meal than eat takeout or eat out. Nowadays, takeaway food or food at restaurants is very expensive and I can make similar meals for much cheaper, so that seems like a more reasonable option.

If I fancy a night off from cooking, I do tend to treat the family to a takeaway, but that is always planned

Cook. I eat out maybe 3 times a year.

It's cooking myself as It's Healthier. You have complete control over the recipes that you choose to follow and the portion sizes that you serve up. This will lead to a much healthier diet and will reduce the risk of obesity and other sicknesses

Honestly, cooking saves a lot more money, plus you do it your way, but I won't deny that many times I'm too lazy to do it and I prefer to order takeout or just get delivery to eat at home
