Have you ever tried any wellness trends like meditation, yoga, or those fitness challenges on social media?
Some of them seem really promising but then you try them and they are just not realistic for everyday life. I'm curious if any of them actually worked for you or if they were just hype? Like did you stick with it long-term or did you give up after a few days?
