No, I prefer to use honey as it offers antioxidants and nutrients, and may improve heart health. I hardly do sugar in my tea

Yes, I love sugar. In fact, I would never in my life drink coffee or tea without sugar; how disgusting! It would taste bitter. But oh well, I understand that some people like it.

I don't drink coffee. I drink only tea. The chocolate in the tea is enough sweetener for me. I don't need to add extra sugar to my tea. I just decided to avoid sugar as much as I can.
