I just finished Atomic Habits by James Clear. The book is very interesting. It really changed how I see consistency. I started using that “1% better every day” mindset, and it's really helping me little by little. I even shared some quotes with my friend who’s always procrastinating. It’s one of those books you read and feel like you can actually fix your life.
