We all need plenty of water to keep hydrated. The amount of water you need varies by your age and gender, so it's best to look up and see how many glasses you should be drinking a day. I know I need to get better at this, I barely drink water throughout the day. I'm lucky if I get at least one glass a day, I had two today since I drank a water bottle at work.

I'm not a great fan of water. But I need to get in the habit of drinking water.
I do notice that with spicy food I'm more likely to drink it.

No, I do drink a lot but I feel like I could be drinking more these days.

I drink 2-3 liters of water every day, depending on my lifestyle, weather, and climate. In a hot sunny day, when I am outdoors, sometime I end up drinking 4 liters. However, in a cold winter days when I am, indoor, I hardly drink 2 liters.

I try but honestly I probably fall short most days. I will go hours without drinking anything and then chug a bunch of water at once which isn't ideal. I know I should be more consistent eight glasses and all that but it's easy to forget when you're busy.
