I like to walk for health and fitness. In fact walking is the only exercise I do. I walk three times a week for 90 minutes. I am looking forward to walk every day but my busy schedule does not allow me. What about you, do you walk, how long?

Sometimes, but probably not as much as I should (and I'll probably not do much of it for a few months due to the weather!)

I walk regularly to get steps in.
However, I trail run and hike more than anything. I feel like trail running and hiking are like walking on steroids.
I particularly like choosing hillier routes. It's essential to raise your heart rate to achieve the full benefits of it.

Yes!! I love walking
Yesterday we hiked a new trail and it was amazing, but really challenging because the hill was unexpectedly high. My thighs still feel it today, so that's how I know it was a good hike. I try to go for at least 2 miles for a walk, but the goal is 4.

I make sure to walk everyday, though a lot of days I don't walk as much as I would like to.

Yes I walk a lot daily. It's honestly one of the best habits I've got clears my head, keeps me active without needing a gym membership.
