Are you the type to take daily vitamins and supplements or not really? As for me, i do take vitamins and supplements. I take a daily dose of Fish oil, magnesium, iron and vitamin C.

I'd honestly say taking these vitamins and supplements have helped me stay healthy over the years.

What are some of your favorite foods? What are some of the things that you like to eat? Are there any particular foods that you won't eat?

For me, my favorite foods are chicken alfredo, baked mac n cheese, lasagna, and spaghetti along with seafood.

Have you recently discovered any new artists recently? if so, which new artists have you discovered? How did you find them? Did you find them on social media, or did a find tell you about these artists?

I prefer to listen to rap music, and hiphop. They are my favorite genres to listen to, however, I do like listening to country music as well, depending on the beats and lyrics. There are certain artists that I vibe with.
