Are you the type to take daily vitamins and supplements or not really? As for me, i do take vitamins and supplements. I take a daily dose of Fish oil, magnesium, iron and vitamin C.

I'd honestly say taking these vitamins and supplements have helped me stay healthy over the years.

What are some of your favorite foods? What are some of the things that you like to eat? Are there any particular foods that you won't eat?

For me, my favorite foods are chicken alfredo, baked mac n cheese, lasagna, and spaghetti along with seafood.
