What's your preferred treatment method?
I simply take a bed rest and I'm okay. I usually have a routine check-up to enable me stay ahead of my health. My supplements does the magic as they help to give my body all that's needed to fight certain diseases. I also drink water a lot so I hardly get sick. These had worked for me over the years.

What do you do when you're stressed?
When I'm stressed, I simply find a way to rest. I sit out with friends, I play games or better still I just sleep. I have friends that help me laugh and forget my stress. I visit a masseuse who help me relax and relieve me of my stress.

I had stopped taking sugar. I replace sugar cravings with natural honey. Honey is made up of natural sugars. Honey balances the sugar level in the body that way, I neither have low blood pressure or high blood pressure. My sugar level is normal.

Alarms has always helped me stay ahead of time so basically I tend to achieve things faster because I approach work on time. It also reminds me to get things done do they'd be no lapses. I am more effective and productive because I am reminded of what to do and when to go about it.

I'd retire for life if I lay hands on 900 billion dollars. I'd own a firm and I'd employ people to run the business for me. To be honest, money can give you rest and do you real good. I have tasted a huge amount before and I know that money can help you attain retirement at any age you dare to retire.

I spend money on food a lot. I love looking good so I spend money on clothes and shoes, my hair is usually always top notch. I spend money on transportation and data.

Do you have a morning routine, and if so, what does it involve?
I usually exercise every morning then I'd feed my birds. I don't have a help so I always make food for myself then I sit down to write down my task for the day. Usually, I like doing my laundry and cleaning in the morning. Honestly my routine has always been hectic.
