That's a good question and I can't imagine why no one has answered it. I'm new too and had to fool around for 10 minutes tying to figure it all out. Can't even remember how I got it done. Good luck to you, this place is not very assessable and easy to navigate for the newbie....not impressed at all.

Yes daily, I prefer 1% milk and I also drink 2% chocolate milk as well on occassion..
